Alexandre is born and raised in London. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (now known as the BCNO group) in 2020.

Alexandre is a registered osteopath at the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC, number 10928) and at the Administração Central do Sistema de Saúde (ACSS, number 0032547).

Alexandre has a structural approach when treating patients. He brings a specific skill set to detecting and treating health imbalances using osteopathic techniques which include joint manipulations, mobilisations, soft tissue techniques and visceral techniques. 

As a former swimmer, karate shotokan, footballer and rugby player, Alexandre brings his sporting experience to help make connections between the physical and psychological aspects of his treatments.
