Alexandre is born and raised in London. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (now known as the BCNO group) in 2020.

Alex is a registered osteopath at the Administração Central do Sistema de Saúde (ACSS, number 0032547). He is also a member of the Associação Independente de Osteopatia.

He takes a structural approach to treating patients. He brings a specific skill set to detecting and treating health imbalances using osteopathic techniques, including joint manipulations, mobilisations, soft tissue, and visceral techniques. 

As a former swimmer, karate shotokan, footballer, and rugby player, Alex uses his sporting experience to help connect the physical and psychological aspects of his treatments.
